Cancellation Policy
- For bookings cancelled 14 days or more before an event is due to start, the ticket price paid will be refunded to the delegate minus a cancellation fee of £15.00.
- No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the event, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the Event Manager.
- No refund will be made for non-attendance on the event.
- In the event of cancellation of a training event by Pilote Media, we will endeavour to inform all participants two weeks before the course is due to take place. All event fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation etc.
